* 35 ml yuzu syrup
* 100 ml strong black tea
* 50 ml liquid milk
* Ice
Mix and serve in a tall glass.

3. Yogurt Yuzu Smoothie

* 100 ml plain yogurt
* 30 ml yuzu syrup
* 1 tbsp honey
* A handful of ice cubes
Blend until smooth, serve with fresh fruit topping.

4. Yuzu Citrus Jelly

* 1 packet of clear jelly (±7 g)
* 500 ml water
* 60 ml yuzu syrup
* 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Boil all ingredients, pour into molds, cool.

5. Panna Cotta with Yuzu Sauce

* 250 ml milk
* 250 ml liquid cream
* 50 g sugar
* 1 tsp gelatin
* 30–45 ml yuzu syrup for topping
Cook the panna cotta ingredients and pour into the mold. Once set, add yuzu syrup as a sauce.

6. Yuzu Citrus Punch

* 50 ml yuzu syrup
* 100 ml orange juice
* 100 ml soda water
* ½ cup chopped fruit
* Ice cubes as needed
Mix and serve in a punch bowl.

7. Yuzu Roll Cake

* 100 g cream cheese
* 1 tbsp (15 ml) yuzu syrup
Mix well, spread on sponge cake then roll and cut.
