Gayo Peaberry is from the Aceh province on the most northern tip of Sumatra. This Sumatra Gayo Peaberry Coffee is grown at an altitude between 4,500 to 6,000 feet above sea level in the area of Lake Laut Tawar.

The area is in the center of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province, Indonesia that is cloud covered near the main city of Takengon. The smooth flavors of cardamon, dark herbal sweetness, clove and bright acidity.

CUP NOTES: Sweetly and distinctively crisp, layered complexity.

FLAVOR NOTES: Caramel, peach, wisteria, cacao nib, a hint of moist, fresh-fallen leaves in aroma and cup. Deep, vibrant acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Moist leaves, cacao nib and a hint of flowers together carry into a gentle finish.
