We slowly simmer our ghee butter to coax the excess water out while preserving the nutritional benefits of pasture raised butter. In the process, some of the ghees milk solids caramelize, leaving behind hints of sweetness and roasted nuts. Organic Valley ghee comes in a resealable, shelf stable container for easy storage.
