Hikari Dashi Falvoured Miso is a seasoned japanese soybeanpaste for misosoups. Miso enhances with umami-rich Japanese dashi stock. Simply add 1 tbsp of miso paste to 200ml of hot water.

Ingredients: SOYBEAN paste (95%) (water, SOYBEAN, rice, salt), alcohol, seasoned BONITO extract (0,7%) (BONITO extract, salt, kelp extract, alcohol), water, flavour enhancers (E621, E627, E631), salt.

With SOYA of different origin.
