Tapioca pearl is one of the most important material for bubble tea serial products, it's made from tapioca starch and most of them come in brown-dark color, it has to be cooked before serving, after cooking, you could mix them with fructose or other kinds of syrup to increase its flavor.

Please keep in shadow and avoid direct sunlight, this product is good for six months.

Cooking Directions

1. Pour 10 times of water to pearl into the pot to boil. The Ratio of pearl to water is 1:10.

2. Pour the pearls into the boiling water slowly and stir them thoroughly.

3. Turn to medium fire and cook for 30 minutes. (Depends on the size of pearls)

4. Turn off the fire and stew for another 30 minutes. (Depends on the size of pearls)

5. Take out the pearl and rinse with cold water until cool.

6. Drain water out and add sugar syrup and best served after 15 minutes.

7. Serve by putting into bubble tea or on top of dessert.
