BODUO Lizhenduo Strawberry Pulp Jam is a thick, ready-to-use strawberry jam/pulp for drink bases, dessert toppings, and pastry fillings. Its fresh strawberry flavor and bright red color make for a consistent, convenient, and easy-to-measure jam—ideal for both cafes and home use.

Basic usage (ratio 1:5 according to label)
Shake first. Mix 1 part pulp with 5 parts liquid.
Standard 16 oz glass (±450–480 ml final content): 40–60 ml pulp + 200–300 ml liquid + 150–200 g ice.

1. Strawberry Lemon Tea
* 40 ml Strawberry Pulp Jam
* 150 ml cold black tea/green tea
* 50 ml water
* 2 slices of lemon
* 180 g ice
Stir/shake until smooth.

2. Strawberry Soda
* 50 ml Strawberry Pulp Jam
* 250 ml plain soda/carbonated water
* 160 g ice
Pour in the pulp, slowly add the soda, and stir lightly. Add the nata de coco or chopped strawberries.

3. Strawberry Milk
* 60 ml Strawberry Pulp Jam
* 300 ml cold milk
* 150 g ice
Stir/shake. For a “swirl” effect, pour the pulp down the side of the glass before the milk.

4. Strawberry Yogurt Drink
* 50 ml Strawberry Pulp Jam
* 120 ml plain yogurt drink
* 130 ml cold water
* 170 g ice
Stir, add jelly if you want texture.

5. Strawberry Smoothie (blender)
* 60 ml Strawberry Pulp Jam
* 120 ml milk/water
* 50 g plain yogurt (optional)
* 120 g ice
Blend until smooth and creamy.

6. Strawberry Cheese Tea
* 40 ml Strawberry Pulp Jam
* 200 ml cold green tea
* 170 g ice
* 30 ml cheese foam for topping.

7. Strawberry Mojito Mocktail
* 40 ml Strawberry Pulp Jam
* 6–8 mint leaves, 2 lime slices (squeeze lightly)
* 200 ml plain soda
* 180 g ice
Stir, garnish mint.

Use for dessert & bakery
* Yogurt/pudding/pancake topping: 1–2 tbsp (15–30 ml) per serving.
* Shaved ice/dessert bowl: 30–50 ml per bowl; combine with jelly/boba.
* Bread/pastry filling: spread 20–30 g per sheet before baking.
* Sauce/plating: dilute 1:2 with warm water for drizzle.

Strawberries 40%, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, apple concentrate, water, acidity regulator (citric acid, trisodium citrate, malic acid), synthetic flavor, pectin, carrageenan, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, salt, calcium lactate, potassium sorbate preservative, sodium sulfite preservative, artificial sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame-K, antioxidant (disodium edetate), synthetic color Ponceau 4R (CI 16255).

Serving tips
The product is already sweet; adjust the sugar content to taste. For a more intense flavor, increase the pulp by 10–20 ml per glass. Store tightly after use and use a clean measuring spoon for hygiene. Perfect as a seasonal menu item or a signature strawberry-themed drink.
