BODUO Lizhenduo Mango Pulp Jam is a thick, ready-to-use mango jam/pulp used as a drink base, dessert topping, and pastry filling. It boasts a rich mango flavor, vibrant color, and easy measurement for daily use in cafes and at home.
Basic usage (label 1:5)
Shake first. Mix 1 part pulp with 5 parts liquid.
Standard 16 oz glass (±450–480 ml final content): use 40–60 ml pulp + 200–300 ml liquid + 150–200 g ice.
Detailed recipe
1. Mango Black Tea 16 oz
* 40 ml Mango Pulp Jam
* 150 ml cold black tea
* 50 ml water
* 180 g ice cubes
Stir/shake until smooth. Add 1–2 slices of lemon if desired.
2. Mango Soda 16 oz
* 50 ml Mango Pulp Jam
* 250 ml plain soda/carbonated water
* 160 g ice cubes
Pour in the pulp, add soda, stir gently. Add nata de coco or mango pieces.
3. Mango Milk 16 oz
* 60 ml Mango Pulp Jam
* 300 ml cold milk
* 150 g ice cubes
Stir/shake. For a “swirl” look, pour the pulp last along the side of the glass.
4. Mango Yakult-Style 16 oz
* 50 ml Mango Pulp Jam
* 120 ml plain yogurt drink
* 130 ml cold water
* 170 g ice cubes
Stir. Add jelly/nata de coco for texture.
5. Mango Smoothie 16 oz (blender)
* 60 ml Mango Pulp Jam
* 120 ml milk/water
* 50 g plain yogurt (optional)
* 120 g ice cubes
Blend until smooth and creamy.
6. Mango Cheese Tea 16 oz
* 40 ml Mango Pulp Jam
* 200 ml cold green tea
* 170 g ice cubes
* 30 ml cheese foam for topping
Assemble the drink, add foam on top.
7. Mango Mojito Mocktail 16 oz
* 40 ml Mango Pulp Jam
* 6–8 mint leaves + 2 slices of lime (squeeze lightly)
* 200 ml plain soda
* 180 g ice cubes
Stir, garnish with mint leaves.
Dessert & bakery
* Yogurt/pudding/pancake topping: 1–2 tbsp (15–30 ml) per serving.
* Shaved ice/halo-halo: 30–50 ml per bowl; combine with jelly or boba.
* Bread/pastry filling: spread 20–30 g per sheet before baking.
* Sauce/plating: dilute 1:2 with warm water for drizzle.
Tips for maximum results
* The product is already sweet; adjust the sugar content to taste.
* For a more intense flavor, increase the pulp by +10–20 ml per glass.
