2. Place the pasta in the boiling water, stirring occasionally

*Ingredients:*

* 200g Barilla Pipe Rigate
* 150g champignon mushrooms, sliced
* 3 tbsp butter
* 3 tbsp wheat flour
* 400ml liquid milk
* 100g grated cheddar/parmesan cheese
* Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste

*How to make:*

1. Boil pasta, drain
2. Saute mushrooms with butter
3. Add flour, then pour in the milk little by little.
4. Add cheese, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg
5. Mix well, mix the pasta into the sauce and serve warm.
