Gnocchi was born through the imagination of Neapolitan pasta producers, who were inspired by the shape of classic potato gnocchi and managed to create a durum wheat shape in accordance with the pasta tradition.

Characterized by its rounded shape and hollow middle, durum wheat gnocchi is perfect for making a thicker sauce such as ragu or bolognese.

Cook perfectly al dente pasta

1 Boil a large saucepan of water. Use 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta. Add salt (7 grams per liter of water) when the water boils.

2 Put the paste in the boiling water. Steering wheel.

3 Cook the pasta according to the instructions until it becomes al dente, the pasta should retain some chewing resistance. Always taste the pasta so that you notice that it is al dente.
