Gnocchi was born through the imagination of Neapolitan pasta producers, who were inspired by the shape of classic potato gnocchi and managed to create a durum wheat shape in accordance with the pasta tradition.

COOK PERFECTLY AL DENTE PASTA

1 Boil a large saucepan of water. Use 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta. Add salt (7 grams per liter of water) when the water boils.

2 Put the pasta in the boiling water. Stir.

3 Cook the pasta according to the instructions until it becomes al dente, the pasta should retain some chewing resistance. Always taste the pasta so that you notice that it is al dente.

4 Pour off the water. Mix the pasta with your favorite Barilla pasta sauce and serve!
