Sushi Seasoning is a mixture of vinegar, sweetener and salt. Great for making sushi rice, salad dressings or marinades.
To make sushi rice, just use 5 Tbsp of Mizkan Sushi Seasoning for 2 cups of rice. Add and mix Mizkan Sushi Seasoning to the cooked rice while it is hot.

Preparation
1. In a large bowl, evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup Mizkan sushi seasoning on 1050g of cooked rice, equivalent to 3 cups of raw rice)
2. Mix thoroughly, then cool the rice mixture
3. Spread rice on seaweed, top with Temaki sushi ingredients (salmon, avocado, cut cucumber etc.) and roll
Storage
• Avoid direct sunlight
• Keep upright and refrigerated once opened
• Any russet colored deposit occurs naturally and in no way affects quality
