The earthy bitter taste of Turmeric is balanced by the sweet delicate notes of Ashwagandha traveling throughout the cup. Ginger lends the subtle note of astringency which is countered by the spring-like freshness of mint. Stevia lends the natural zero-calorie sweetness to the mix.
