Preparation

1 packet of spices 500g pork ribs (Bite sizes)

1 spring onion 1 red chilli

Method

1. Rub pork ribs with spices.

2. Steam pork ribs for 15mins.

3. Garnish with sliced spring onion and chilli. Serve hot.
