Tai Hua Seafood sauce range is a collection of easy to use chinese cooking sauces prepared from premium soy sauce. They represent the essence of traditional chinese stews and marinades. The range provides for easy stewing, braising and steaming of poultry, meat and seafood.
Preparation
• Serves 4
1. Steam a medium sized fish (400g to 500g) with ginger strips over high heat until cooked
2. Pour away fish juices then garnish with sliced spring onions and parsley
3. Heat 2 tablespoon of cooking oil in a small saucepan, add 4 tablespoon Tai Hua Seafood Soy Sauce and bring to boil
4. Pour mixture over steamed fish and serves hot

• Store in a cool, dry place
• Keep away from direct sunlight
