Lindt glaze whole milk gives your cakes, tarts, pastries and ice cream a fine coating with the unmistakable Lindt chocolate taste. Due to the selected ingredients and the high cocoa butter content, the glaze takes approx. 30 minutes to set and should be used on cooled products if possible. The glaze is easy to dose, easy to use and can be used until the best-before date has expired.
